Prepare "L" tube

Make up 1% agar solution: 20 ml pipette solution (without ATP or GTP)

0.2 g agar (Sigma #6924)

Boiling until no air bubble in the "L" tube

Cover the dish and put into refrigerator

[Tetraethylammonium chloride, TEA] (Sigma #T-2265, FW=165.7)

Stock solution: 1M (dissolved in distilled water)

Working concentration: 10 mM = 30 μl of 1 M stock solution + 3 ml bath solution
